Yes it works. The observant amongst you may have noticed the SRS icon didn't light this time. But it did light a few minutes earlier.

Yep the airbag icon didn't come on in that video.
 Maybe there is a bad connection at the LED that lights up the icon? . Last edited by Mike Noc; 27th April 2017 at 18:40.. |

The mystery black connector could be for the seat belt detector/warning light. It wasn't used on UK cars but can be retrofitted if you get the correct two wire seat belt pre-tensioner.

Apologies for the state of my fingers, eczema problems.
This is the connector. I think you can make out what colour the wires are too in this one.  And it's a black wire too, not a shadow of the red or purple one.
