Hi All
I'm really hoping to make the June meeting as it would be great to put some faces to some names and also to talk to people who enjoy talking 'Rover 75' rather than my wife who rolls her eyes every time it's mentioned!! LOL. What's the format of the day, I live in Bournemouth so will prob either come up FRiday evening and get a hotel for the night, or drive up early Saturday and stay over Saturday night. Fingers crossed there are currently no jobs I need to do to the car and hopefully it will stay that way so really just coming for the social... ... (oh well I might pick some brains about the handbrake compensator mod as I need to know what that involves and if I need to do it or not) Anyway let me know the format and I'll book a hotel Thanks all CHARLES |

Hi Charles. Artic is the one to see about having a new compensater fitted. Does not take him long to do it, and you will certainly notice the difference straight away. Drop him an email and ask him if he will do it for you. You can then go home feeling happy that your handbrake is working perfectly. It will only cost you the price of the compensater. No charge is made for the work involved. You can of course make a donation to the funds if you like. Will be nice to meet another Roverphile.

I'm away and it's other half's birthday too, so I won't be there.
I'm pretty sure Matt said he's going, I'll remind him anyway. Martyn |
