Default Brightened my evening

This is a great thread I am so impressed.

Try a stainless exhaust to prevent corrosion. If all else fails a shot of Redex may assist with relief howevr for best results Terraclean application is recommended

I was going to try the old solution of wire brush and carbolic salts, but apart from shining my tail pipe I did not think this would have the desires reduction in bottom end heating.

At the moment my intercooler rings are swollen to the point of popping out and splitting, as I do not want to blow my load in the garage I was going to try one of the AA's radweld kits...

May be some gas flow engineering is in order with this particular problem. I could maybe suggest some Nik Wallender type antics to effect a complete clear through.

Afterburn is an issue here, I have seen some coil heat exchangers here but Boyles law dictates that gas under pressure is a stored energy potential which could come back to haunt me.

Default Make the best of it

Hi Karz
Sorry Klarzy

Some would be extremely jealous of an in built FBH. I have to put up with what some would term as second best heated seats.

Just thinking that tomatoes work for an over hot mouth when eating spicy stuff so perhaps try a few slices between your buns.
