Default Eye Eye!

I've finally had surgery on the right eye after waiting for the correct surgeon to do the job. The lens has had to be stitched into the eye and he's done a Vitrectomy to remove residue from the poor surgery two years+ ago, I only got back a couple of hours ago so it's still numb, I'm expecting pain later but we'll see...literally! The difference in the pictures wasn't very long but it seems to be recovering well already, I'm feeling a bit Bionic, so I've asked for the legs and ear to make the set.

Hopefully the surgery will be a complete success Mike and they gave you some fairly decent meds to dull the pain should it arrive

Thumbs up

Hi Mike,

I hope it all goes well for you, having had two detached retina's in the same eye and then a cataract started forming due to the ops so that needed a new lens, but all well now! They can do some great work with eyes now, saying that I only let Moorfields in London do mine?

Best wishes.

Tom.
