Paul was racing a ZR in the MG championship last year but I have not checked the 2017 calendar yet so I don't know if he's racing this season.
Cheers Ian
Hiya Ian, wow I bet that was a real experience, I've read about Pauls and Brian's experiences on the track and running of Dreadnought garage.

Its shame they can't get too the Anglesey race circuit as there classes of motors like the 520 that it could compete with.

I'd like too visits the garage myself and check out there motors.

That's good too know, Like to see how he does in the ZR.

There's a good video of Paul in the ZT giving the 520 a lot of grunt, but those little hatches there quite fast through the conours have too say due to there lightness.

The ZT hasn't been raced for few years now. Paul Luti is racing the ZR 170 series this year.
Wish I saw your thread sooner or got my car on the road as I would have put my name down for it for certain.

Will there be more organised events at dreadnought garage soon. ?

That's great news that its still within the 75/ZT community.

Has the owner expressed any interest in motorsport events with it?

The video is the ZT racing at Croft. The ZR is Andrew Morrison's and has a KV6 engine in it and really can shift.

I doubt that it will be raced again. If you're lucky you may see it being shown off at a few car shows throughout the year...

I think that you will find that Dreadnought still own this car. The ZT bought by someone on the 260's site came from the MGOC in Cambridge-shire.

Going to Dreadnought on Wednesday for a service on my 260 so will check if it is still there.

Really ? Here's another view. I'll see if I can find a writeup on it.

Why don't you Google "Andrew Morrison MGZR" and see what you come up with. Threads from Xpower forum and other sources.

See here:-
