Default Just put a deposit on this...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ace-Jubile...vip=true&rt=nc

A little over the 85%, but only if I fill it with stuff, which I won't.

I quite liked it, so decided we would buy it

Cool, just do the usual checks, invest in a damp meter. I bought a caravan last year. Used it once

Indeed

I have worked the weights out at 79% unladen and up to 96% if fully laden.

I have one because of my trade, mostly checked out at 0% damp, except one corner where it was 8% but the guy had left a pile of towels and bed sheets there as it was in use until recently. I took a friend who knows more than me about them, he said it was good.

As far as I know, it needs two tyres as they are dodgy ditchfinders and a set of hitch pads. I think the lock for the fridge door might have been broken too, but trivial items really.

Congratulations, Rich.

We bought our first tourer a few months ago now and we have never looked back. We've already made lots of memories that we will cherish forever.

Hope your new caravan brings you as much happiness.

Looks a good buy to me, haven't got one but my best mate's had three. Credit to the seller Rich, really concise and, I'm sure you two and your daughter (I remember 6ish) will start building happy holiday memories

Congratulations Rich.

Did you check the floor for de-lamination, how does the floor feel, any sponginess along the main isle in-front of kitchen etc.

If any, you can buy some resin and inject it into the floor which sets the floor hard again.

No damp or spongy floor, it's spot on

I was reading in a caravan mag of someone keeping a diary of their holidays. Seemed a good idea as we struggle to remember them all. Hope you enjoy your caravaning rich, we do.
