Good morning Derek and Lilian, one of tricks we use in the tropics is to get a spray bottle, fill it with tap water and then spray it over face and body. As the wind passes over from the fan, it leaves a nice chill to the skin. Just a thought.

Tomorrow will be difficult, being the first father's day with out my dad. I have a stotting headache now , so off to bed.night all.
Good morning Richard, I have a doctor friend who hates working in casualty and he hates it. His boss tells him that he has to hurry up and see more patients faster. He says he can't hurry as he is terrified of making a mistake or missing something out. Anyway he has just accepted a job offer for work in New Zealand. Had he been treated with more respect from his superiors and patients, I suspect he would stay. I don't watch any of the soaps or casualty, as you found, your heart strings can be pulled.

Good morning Phil and Jessica thanks for the tip I have a feeling that we used do this out in Egypt when In barracks out in the desert it was a different story the only vehicle that had a fan was the radio truck and that was because all those sets running day and night generated enough heat by themselves
