Default R75 Conn. SE, Estate. 2l diesel. Only *£1,100* with full set of winter tyres & rims

Rover 75 Connoisseur SE, Estate. 2.0 diesel. Only £1,100, including full set of winter rims and tyres .

A very comfortable, spacious and extremely practical car.

MoT for the next 6 months (expires 17 April 2015)
Road Tax for next 5 months (expires 28 February 2015) – complete with ‘retro’ paper tax disc !!
Almost new, quality tyres all round – Toyo Proxes C1S

First registered 2003. 137,000 miles.
  • BMW diesel engine (around 45mpg and with a proper chain drive to the camshafts – no need to change a cam belt).
  • Decent service history – recently, mostly by local garage and my own work
  • Odyssey exterior with Ash Grey leather interior
  • Full leather upholstery
  • Climate control
  • Electrically heated and adjustable front seats
  • Cruise control
  • Recent new battery (Bosch, heavy duty – fitted about 9 months ago)
  • Electric windows all round
  • Electric mirrors
  • Kenlowe electric cooling fan
  • Two working keys, both with remote central locking
  • Decent music system
    • High quality head unit, with bluetooth ‘hands free’ phone connection, CD player, USB input and Aux input (Kenwood KDC-BT40U)
    • Compact, powered sub-woofer (under front passenger seat)
    • Remote controls on the steering wheel
Good condition.

Also . . .. a full set of top quality winter wheels and tyres. Four original Rover alloy wheels (15” Crowns), shod with Michelin Alpin A4 winter tyres – all with 4 - 5 mm of tread. Much better grip in cold, wet and icy conditions.

All in . . . £1,100 (or, if sold separately, £900 for the car and £300 for the winter rims and tyres).

Thanks for your interest !

Ian Gordon

Just to point out that you can't transfer the tax anymore, you have to apply for a refund and the new owner must tax it themselves.

No worries.

Can't help by making an offer though.

If it's the one advertised in templepatrick....xcz40,
It was traded in to the dealer about 3 weeks ago. I viewed it before the previous owner traded it in.
Not too bad but a couple of negatives from memory.
The usuals....
Intercooler o rings (misting on pipe)
2 speed fan not working

Others;
Headlight washer pump not working
Diesel cooler matrix at rear of car was leaking so he had it bypassed.
Rear shocks recently replaced, but don't "feel right".
Air con blower motor not working (no blower)
I think it may need rear brake discs, but could be confusing that with another car.

Some of these items may have been fixed by the dealer... I don't know, so worth asking.

No real history, but previous owner had it since 6months after it was new.
New front pads.
Crankshaft pulley changed a year ago.

Good luck.

Edit:
Sorry for posting on this thread
