Question Trafficmaster SmartNav

When I purchased my 75 (new 57 plate), already installed was Trafficmaster SmartNav, I have subscribed to this for the last 5 years, however, I'm told that they are no longer receiving a signal from my car,and my control box will need replacing. I have managed to purchase a new Trafficmaster SmartNav system, but I'm baffled as to where the old one has been located, thus making a swap of the control boxes impossible, does anyone know where Trafficmasters engineer may have located the control unit please, all suggestions would be very welcome, thank you

'Marmite' Possibly one of the most famous 75 tourers produced! left the production line as the last of only Three Rover 75 tourers produced in Trophy Yellow. 48 hours later Longbridge closed. The last sold ordered 75 Tourer. Paid for by the Phoenix Four and handed over by John Towers to the Warwickshire Northampton Air ambulance service as a Rapid Response vehicle

update My Smart nav works fine but has a subscription. The traffic master also still work but on fewer locations. I think this because its trafficmaster is being closed down.

It would be good if sworks could clear this up for us
