Every morning when I get in the car I have to reprogram the steering controls. Ive reset and tried again but wont stay in memory when turned off. Any ideas?

Not an expert on the Navall 3, but on other radios I've fitted with those symptoms, It's usually because the switched live & permanent live are the wrong way round I'm sure Jeff will be along shortly with definative advice

Couple of things,

Is the unit retaining the radio presets?

If so it isn't the permanent and switched lives that are wrong.

The unit doesn't usually respond to the steering wheel controls until it is fully booted up.

I would wait a minute or so and then test and see if they respond

I had same problem but as Jeff says be patient. I let my Navall 3 slowly and surely boot up first before using it. I usually leave it until my phone is connected on bluetooth. Cracking unit otherwise.

Cool

Loving my Navall 3. But I am letting it warm up before using it.

Yeah done all that. I'll check in the morning again and get back to you. Stores radio fine and everything else I've changed.

So let it warm up this morning and it had chosen its own inputs for the steering wheel controls. Volume up and down both volume down ,next and previous changed band.

Try reprogramming it and changing the setting from high impedance to low
