My car has gone German!

Can anyone help me with this one. My dash computer screen changed from English imperial to German SI on Wednesday.
To give you the background the car used to be a highline, Alpine head unit due to things not working on the head unit, I removed it a few years ago and fitted an Android Head Unit. All the tuners and sat nav packs in the boot were removed at that time.
Is there an easy way to change the language back to English and measurements back to Imperial

I think that the language settings are in the 'system' folder, if this helps
