Default sluggish clunky gearbox - 75 1.8t

finally got the car fixed after whole exhaust and new turbo were back on the road.

maybe I'm just being picky but the gear box seems a bit sluggish when doing changes in any gear.

Bite is perfect on the clutch as well has height and heaviness.

Is it normal for a 75k to require a oil change?

Car has previously been sat for 6 month and 3 months of me moving it to fix it.
