Gave the car a really good clean on the inside on Sunday as it was so nice....

The cars mascot!

Note the space on the driveway where the ZT-T was sitting

I put Tesco Momentum fuel in for the first time the other day too, car drives very well on it and is up a bit on power and smoothness, which will be handy as the wife won a three day break to a luxury caravan in Campbeltown so I cant wait to go this Friday and really test the car on the "long and winding road" down the Mull of Kintyre

Keep posting Thomas even if its only once a month. Your experiences, good and bad are very interesting and useful.
The dealer who let you down needed a complaint but maybe its too late now.

I was wondering what the inside of the car looked like, so thanks for posting the pic. Black and silver plastic, same as every other modern 'me too' car out there. Sterile, no warmth, not for me I'm afraid.

Ali.

Totally agree but some car makers do it a bit better than others. Unfortunately it's something that we will have to get used to in future.

I like the interior, I think people need to remember that this is not a 75 replacement, it's modern and quite tastefully done, especially with the sat nav etc and a modern in built screen and a good dash layout, another point to mention is that everything that required a T4 session for enabling options on the 75 can be done through the dashboard on these.

Anyway the car had a cracking drive to Campbeltown and really excelled on the twisty and challenging roads, the car returned an average 44mpg over the 166 miles from my house to the caravan, that was with my wife, myself and two kids along with a boot full of holiday clothes and everything else that two kids brings!

I tried out the sat nav on the way back out of sheer curiosity as I had never tried it before, it was very clear and concise so another plus point even if I don't use it that often.

The more I think about it the more I find myself likening the car to my dads old MG Montego, not sure if it's just because his Montego was white too but I keep finding myself comparing the two.

Car has been going great, I fitted Magnecor spark plug leads on the recommendation of the MG6 & 3 facebook page, what a difference, the car drives smoother and any hesitation is gone, for £30 they were a bargain.

apart from that all is well, im looking forward to taking the car on holiday again and touring the far north of Scotland, I will try and get the car to everywhere I had my 75!

new neighbour with a ZR

was a bit cold at Campbeltown!

better day!

loving the turbo power!

Great the 6 is serving you well I'm starting to see more and more around now had a little test drive of the mg3 on sat and was quietly pleased with the inside as its not as cramped as it looks I'm sure my nephew said the local mg dealer had sold 150 mg3 s over the last month which is very good going

I find it unbelievable and unlikely that one MG dealer has sold 150 MG3's in one month, I doubt 150 have been sold in the whole of the U.K. in one month.
