Your website never seems to work, and I get bored trying.
I want one of these.

Too much hard slog getting them to work properly, from what I've read on here....maybe if I could get one fitted for a good price...

...I'm not even sure if I have the correct wiring in place, only having a symphony at the mo.

Tempting fate here maybe, but mine has worked perfectly since its been installed and I love it, bite the bullet and get one. Like anything we only hear of problems people have.

Received 2 days ago

Hi Sean,
Sorry to bother you one more time, but I just wanted to say that the head unit arrived the other day and it is fantastic. It was easy to install (once I realised that all I had to do was put the cables from the old radio straight into the back of the new unit, It honestly took me longer to realise that there were no tutorials on the Internet because they weren't needed, than it did installing) and It does everything I hoped for (I may, in future, add the digital tv tuner though). It is honestly a great piece of kit and I am very happy with the help I have received from you. Your feedback has made the process of getting a new radio for my car far less painful than I had imagined it would be. Honestly, if I ever get a new car I will make sure it is a car you sell after market equipment for, so I can buy from you again.

From what I have seen it seems to be the shipping that is the main issue ?

Long delays and a lack of communication regarding updates on the deliverys

Not getting into that debate.
Good luck with the Chinese direct, Their communication STOPS when the units break down , I am usually left to deal with those too

Andy get one and take a drive up to me one weekend, and we can fit it quick and easy. You can open the beers....
