Default Octa core android app help reqd

Wow. Just fitted one of the new android units purchased from jub, love it. However this is my first one and im strugging with its usability, can you help with the below?

1. DAB RADIO. Is it possible play in background, ie use the sat nav and listen to dab at that same time. Currently mine wont do it and it crackles and breaks up.

2. NORMAL radio. Works loveley and sounds great. But everytime the ignition key is removed i lose allthe preset stations and the current station im listening too.

Thanks in advance and looking forward to any help

Losing presets is usually an indication that the switched live & live are wired the wrong way round

The unit turns on and off with the ignition, could it still be wired wrong when functioning like this. It seems to remember everything else?

It's quite a common problem when fitting aftermarket ICE. See if this helps
