Dreaded 666 and dont trust IPK

I was driving home from work today, kept meaning to fill the tank over the last few days but IPK said 18 miles left.
Flicked through the IPk and it said 666 miles covered.
Suddenly the car would not accelerate..... panic set in... looked ahead to see a local petrol station PHEWWWW

Filled it to the brim 66 litres..... I think it was empty don't you

That gives me 46 to the gallon

Last time I trust that bloomin' computer or the guage, that was reading 1mm off empty, ok the light was on lol.

Freaks me low fuel once below half I refill and if at a quarter get the sweats

No idea if my warning light works never seen it on
