Saw how the bumper came off from JDC car up at the lakes meeting a demonstration by Jules but if I remember rightly the air horn would not fit.And this is what puts me off in adding another horn to Y4 is the thought of removing the bumper

I have fitted an airhorn to my car with relatively few problems. There would have been no problems if I had put the airhorn where it is in the first place!! Just need to tidy up the wiring a little when the weather gets warmer. You can't see it but I know it's there!!

You will find the smallest size female spade type connectors fit but the ones I found were without insulators (ie bare brass). Not difficult to insulate with say some blue tack and ins. tape.
At local Renault dealer I noticed a box of cut off connectors
and they kindly found proper (female) connector plugs with short wires that fit the Gammons horns. Free of charge! !

If yours are the Klaxon or Mixo ones from B+G with the moulded 2 pin socket, you will need 1 pack of Durite Econoseal 2 way female connectors per horn (part no 0-012-52).Any auto electrical specialist should be able to get hold of them. I also got a larger pair of connectors (male and female) i think they're called Euroseal, replaced the existing plug on the loom and made up flyleads to the new horns. Keeps it looking OEM.
'Adjusting' the brackets to get the new slightly larger horns to fit was a bit of a b**ger though....
