![]() I had a V6 in the late 90's and enjoyed it apart from the well known immobiliser problem. More of a GT as opposed to a performance coupe though. A mate of mine had one similar to BRG with the tan leather interior - looked smart ![]() |

![]() That was the first thing I did after joining the FPOC owners club. you can either bypass it or remove it all together. I regret scrapping mine 3 years ago, had it for 7 years, but still if there;s one for a good price then I'll look into buying one again. ![]() First thing I'd do with that car is remove the body kit, slows it down scrapes everywhere and spoils the looks for me, then again I can talk either with my Probe with the jobs I did. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Not everyone's taste I have to admit, Still miss thing so much, one of the first cars I've owned and tinkered. ![]() I'll shut up now, once I start about these cars that's it. ![]() I'll be quiet now. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() They were much aligned cars and owners got some stick but they're now regarded as contemporary classics. You don't see many around nowadays ![]() |

It was a good combo, the car cost £142 pounds and needed a cam belt and water pump, I was 14 when I had it, that was my first car, but was never able to get it on the road due to insurance prices for the model. ![]() It would have made your jaw drop. ![]() There becoming extinct and it won't be long now till there all gone, I'm constantly hunt for one and I will get one again. ![]() The only problem is trying to get a good one and the sills are still intact. they do rot on those sills, but other then that a strong chassis all round. ![]() Other common problem was the distributor, still got spares here and HT leads which I'll keep. ![]() If I had to choose between the Rover 75 and the Ford Probe, I wouldn''t be able to there both great cars in there own right, depending what your looking for. ![]() I've had plenty of stick in the passed, OH YOU DRIVE PROBE DO YOU, named after surgical instrument. ![]() I've had it for a while, 7 years of ownership and I blow it away. ![]()

If he only kept he said, we would have been rolling on it, the Morris 1000 was my dad's first ever car with the wooden windows surrounds at the back of it. ![]()
