Default Which fuse to wire in a SatNav?

Am trying to transfer some bits over from my 04 diesel Tourer to my "new" 02 plate Tourer. In particular a hard wire from the fuse box for my TomTom. Thought it would have been easy but is anything easy on these cars? The fuse box is quite different from the one in my 04 so please which one should I connect to? There are two blank ones at top level no. 38 and 39 but I also can't use the same piggy back fuse as these ones are much bigger, so what do you call these please? Many thanks as usual.

I don't know the answer but do you want the Tom Tom to be ignition live? By this mean only powered when the ignition is on or do you want it always powered, leaving you to turn it on and off?

Hallo Ian: ignition live but I think I've solved it - read the handbook and there are plenty to choose from, but I don't know what size the fuze is - seem plenty to choose from. Still got your large spare wheel by the way but never had to use it yet, so still has some New Forest air in it.
