All Purpose Cleaner
I've been looking for something to clean some serious grime off my leather seats and discovered a valeting site recommending Meguirs All Purpose Cleaner. It's really meant for professionals and comes in a large tub, but my friend and I decided to share one.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but followed the instructions as given by the guy online, mixing the stuff 4 to 1, spraying on, and then using a bristle brush to scrub the seat, then wiping off with a soft cloth. And OMG! I have never seen anything shift dirt like it, you can actually see the gunge lifting off as you brush, and it leaves the seats nice and soft. What's more, the stuff can be used on carpets, and all your other trim, if you dilute it in the right proportions for each application. No need to keep buying different interior cleaners for each job. Very pleased now I have lovely cream seats again instead of brown! |

Dr.Leather wipes for leather, it will clean off the worst grime and leave the seats protected, buy from any good valeting shop or Ebay, Amazon etc. APC's will remove the oils from leather and sometimes the dye.

have to say I have found all Maguirs products very good. I use their leather cleaner and leather conditioner (2 separate tubes but there is also a combined one) and that is great, not that my seats get really dirty. Have used their wash & wax, polish, upholstery cleaner, glass cleaner and plastic/rubber wet wipes (non-silicone)and all are excellent. Not a Maguirs salesman but satisfied user.
