Hope you see this in time.

Had a bad night, and now waiting for 24 x 7 District Nurse.

Nothing serious, and not the first time, but can't wait for Monday, hence I'm on the night / weekend list.

Sorry to understand that you were not up to the trip Mike, but little steps.
