Default Door Chrome Strips

Could someone tell me how the thin chrome door trims (in line with the handles) are fitted. I have just had a repair done and he has stuck them on with epoxy putty!

There are about 20 clips down each side, 5 on the wing,5 on each door and 5 on the rear quarter. (Dyc101440) and they ain't cheap, ridiculous money for what it is.
On the rear quarter the last 2 clips are a nut and bolt type clip which Ive never seen a spare part listed for.
You can make replacements of the nut and bolt clip but all the other clips are very unique.
If your carefull you can save most of the clips if you take the door trim off and remove them from behind.
I found great way is to get a small socket and squash the socket in a vice so when pushed on the back of the clip it pushes the barbs in releasing the clip
