upgrade sun visor bulbs

could somebody help me I want to upgrade the sun visor bulbs on my rover75 what size are the bulbs and ware to purchase them thanks

Some, Ronnie (suzublu) springs to mind, have used a short piece of LED strip (like this) in place of bulbs.

I did have one of those strips in the boot, but replaced that with Eagle eye cob's
