Default Mk3 Mondeo Mount

Hi, is the Mondeo mount a suitable replacement for the 2.5 KV6s or just the diesels?
Thanks, Mike.

The Mondeo mount which i used is stated by Ford to be suitable for both the petrol and diesel Mondeos. Second hand from Mondeospares on e bay.

But is it suitable for both the petrol & diesel Rover 75s.
Has anyone any direct experience of the Mondeo mount and/or the Powerflex bushes in the 2.5 KV6.
The search posts I've read seem to only relate to diesel 75s.
Thanks.

I'm after feedback from kv6 owners on ride, gear change & vibration etc.
All comments regarding above seem to have been posted by diesel owners.

Fitted a used, good condition Mk3 mondeo mount last week to my 2.5 KV6.
Observations so far:
Positive - much smoother gear change. None of that double bite point when pulling away in 1st and also changing to 2nd.
Negative - some slight vibrations when idling.
