Is it safe to come into the LCOZ - there seems to be lots of man flu about at the moment?
I'm having my annual round of blood tests in the morning, to see if A) my heart is still operating (I think it is) and B) whether I'm any sweeter than I was a year ago.
Consequently, I've been a really good boy for the past few days - no sugar, no salt, no fat etc. etc. Now - can I get away with some tap water in the sample bottle?

Good evening all, Didn't get much done today, Our daughters off work with the flu bug, I cleared out the plenum channels on her car & a torrent of water came out

There's been heavy showers rolling through all day so it's been couch potato mode.

Garlic & herb potato wedgies & Cumberland sausages for tea
