Works well in black and white, maybe try lightening her eyes a little as they look quite dark on my iPad?

The last one is best I think.
I'd clone out that spot on her jeans. Would be worth trying to tidy the top lip malfunction if you've got the patience and a steady hand Nice shot. |

I like the warmer tones of the colour version, its more my style. Shame about the eyes, have you tried a bit of dodge/burn on a seperate layer mask?
I might be tempted to clone out the railing too to see if it isolates the subject more. Its not distracting though as DoF has softened it out. |
