Default Don't give up

I would say don't give up on the Autotrader possibilities.

In my experience cars can take a long time to sell. You just have to be patient for the right buyer.

In 2011 my car was written off. The person who hit me was totally to blame and so I had to wait for a settlement from their insurer, which took over two months. Over this period I scoured Autotrader constantly and became very familiar with potential replacement cars for sale.

I kid you not some of those cars were still for sale over a year later. Very many were still for sale 3 months later.

Many private sellers seem to think that as soon as they post an ad that there'll be a queue of potential buyers just ready to pounce and that it's just a matter of a couple of weeks and the car will be sold. This is not the case, especially for something that is a bit more specialist. In your case you just need to wait for an MG ZT buyer who will appreciate what you have - I'd say be prepared to wait for 3 months before you despair.

Thumbs up Sold

My wonderful car has been sold tonight. I can see the new owner appreciates her and I hope they enjoy many happy miles together.
