Cool And the build continues

Spent today putting the front suspension together. Not easy getting the screws in when you have a stinking cold.

Cool Still coughing but the build continues.

Windscreen + wipers + front & rear quarter lights fitted. Whilst handling the clear parts I wear those latex gloves.
Although the kit is supplied with double sided tape to fit the windows and trim in place I tend to use "Micro Kristal Kleer" solution. It dries clear. And should you need to remove anything it will just pull off.

Looking superb Bob.
Many, many years ago, I was off work for around 5 weeks with glandular fever. The missus bought me an Alitalia Lancia Stratos rally car - Tamiya I think - to help while away the hours. Gawd it was complex - I remember gluing individual spark plugs into the heads.
You have my utmost admiration - I'm not sure I'd have the patience nowadays

Cool 6 hours to build....................................

...................................the rear body section, and to attach it to the mid section. Lots of coffee was drunk.
Rear spoiler, side engine inspection hatches and main engine cover all move. Torch comes in handy when attaching very small screws in the depths of the engine bay.
