Default Landmark mileage

Just got back from 2 weeks of cider gliding in Cornwall, and while away the Dutchess reached 100,000 miles. She still drives without fault and acheived an average of 39.7mpg over 1,263mls. All the more impressive when 645mls were covered with caravan and a massive cycle rack to increase the wind resisitance. WHAT A CAR

I think you're preaching to the converted here, TC!

Mine should click onto 120000 miles this week, before it has a couple of weeks rest while we're on holiday........

I remember a certain Tony Hancock saying he thought he should get a badge for giving his first pint of blood...even though he accepted it was the thought that mattered, not any public acknowledgement. So maybe the clever web site designers can give us 100k+ merchants a flashing light or something against our club details - I mean, it's no great shakes that such a great car can easily reach 100k I know, and we certainly wouldn't want to boast about it...I just think some flashing lights or similar would be appropriate, that's all... !!

What about a flashing light on the roof

That's very good news for me! Makes our cars seem like mere pups though, with one at 61,000 miles and one at only 12,000 miles!

What a lot of fun to come!

There is a Medal addon for forums like this, you can design your own styles. They usually sit below your Avatar.

Getting back to topic, my 75's mileage at this moment is at 99'966, she still purrs and pulls like a beast.

This is great news. I have no doubt that these cars can reach 200,000. Mine is not far off 90,000.

I just worry that the Auto box can last the pace.

Mine is CDTi at 135k with an autobox.

PS. the autobox is smooth as anything, just remeber to have the fluid flushed and the filter changed/cleared.
