Default MOT pass, but with advisories

As i posted yesterday, my car finally passed, i was really worried about that dreaded SRS light, because when i started the car, it came on, so i tweaked the cable ties holding it a bit tighter and when i restarted it, it didn't come on, and stayed off, , So i got a pass, but heres the advisories

Rear numberplate, deteriorated, and insecure but still legal,

rear brakes balance only met requirement, ( will be renewing the handbrake shoes later this year, so will look, suspect that i might have a lazy caliper)

front unions rusty where hoses join to pipes, both sides
corroded pipe front offside, between hose and joiner

offside rear tyre close to legal limit,

clutch heavy

nearside arch liner loose ( not a lot of it left)

nearside front coolant hose rubbing on gearbox. ( most likely a missing clip)

thats it, i know about the tyre, the rear brakes, i might just replace the calipers, i've just done discs and pads, , the unions, i will have a look at, it could be as simple as a wire brush on a drill, if the pipes are fine, , tyre, is due for replacement anyway, wheel arch liner, they're both on my to do list this year, hose i'm looking at ASAP, if its a clip, i can tie it for now

Heavy clutch? Perhaps the tester needs to get some exercise to strengthen his/muscles. Mine has been ‘heavy’ ever since I bought it. Drove an Aston Vantage. That’s heavy also.

Congrats on the pass!
That's not too bad of a list for 'homework' - it's all fairly easy to sort out should you wish to do so.
We have a lot of the brake components etc in stock; if you need a hand with anything drop us an email and we'll be glad to help.

Good luck!

Heavy clutch shouldn’t be an advise. Not too bad a list to work through.

Not really much at all, the hose i have sorted, it hadn't been put back correctly, there was an after market air cleaner fitted, that i removed last year, when i put it back to standard, and i missed it, its now rerouted correctly, and back on the clips, the tyre will get replaced sometime this year, the arch liner. i will look at later, and make a decision to either repair, of replace if funds allow, brake lines just need a clean up, is it worth giving them a coat of something to keep the rust at bay,
