Default Power amplified antenna (windscreen)

Dear All,

I just purchased this Car DVB-T Digital TV&Radio Common Antenna from ebay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/New-ES020S-Car...-/180615570766). I will be glad if someone can describe how I can run the antenna cable from my double din (dash) to outside (windscreen passenger side).

Thanks

FP

I think someone tried that antenna and found it to be not very good for reception. They suggested that they installed it in the high level brake light so I suspect you could simply push it up into the gap between roof trim sand glass at the rear, then down behind the D pillor trim. The cover just clips off. Behind the trim on one side or the other will be the built in radio amp, so you could tap off that for a supply to your new antennas amp.

From there down the corner of the upright of the back seat and under the carpet to emerge by the dash at the front. Before doing all this, I would be inclined to test out the aerial in the position temporary.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
