If the maps are there, it is covered.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Once it comes up with that during trying to change the voice settings, it then has to reboot.
A bit of progress on this issue, but not an entire fix....

If you delete the entire contents of SDcard\CONTENT\VOICE (just the VOICE folder contents) and replace it with the contents of \CONTENT\VOICE from my link above -

https://www.sugarsync.com/share/fge233jws8rij

It fixes the issue with it crashing each time you attempt to select an alternative voice / launguage file, but there is still an issue in that there is only one TTS voice which works, a US one. I have left the none working one in place as an example of the issue. The working files make a short speach as they are selected, the none working ones just produce a beep during selection.

I think the issue obviously must be that the older TTS files are no longer compatible. Anyone got a source for updated ones?

Now all sorted

To get it all properly working, it needed some more recent UK tts files, which I have managed to track down.

You now have a small selection of voices, all working.

German, 2x Lithuanian, Russian; 2x tts US, 2x UK + 1x Natural.

I'll add a link soon.

[EDIT] Link added - comments appreciated!

It depends what you might class as complete. It contains all that is needed for Primo 2, latest EU maps and more, including Natural UK English voices and tts UK English voices. It also has the GJ skin installed.

If you do happen to find anything missing, let us know, but do keep a backup copy of your original card before installing - just in case. Just copy all the files onto your card and it should run.

It does seem to have lost the Rover 75 car as the position on the map marker - perhap someone could suggest how to put that back?

Thanks for the hard work and the upload Harry. I don't see a huge improvement in response, its certainly faster but only by a little bit on my DD but its great to have the new maps and the Primo 2 updates.
Thanks again.

The upload seems to have missed out the entire contents of the skin folder out, I have corrected that now. If you look in CONTENTS\skin and found the folder was empty, just grab that folder contents and copy it across. Sorry, Sugarsync seems to be a law unto itself
