Hope you don't mind that I've downloaded it as well, trying to get a version that doen't crash on mine.
Primo 1.2 runs ok for about 15 minutes then crashes with a fatal error, funny because igo 8.3 runs fine but i prefer primo. Thanks for all the hard work you've put in. Andy

FYI I have now worked out what seems to be the cause of the issue i was having with Primo 2 - Don't attempt to set it to use any of the GJ Day or Night skins, they seem to work fine until the next time you reboot Primo, but the reboot stops before completing. That then leaves you stuck with no satnav, until you can reinstall the software. Other than that, it seems to work great - many more features than 1.2 and for me at least, it certainly runs much faster.

Thanks for that, just been setting it up and having a play with it.
First impressions are very favourable, it seems a lot faster it's like using a different unit. And up to now a lot more stable, will give it a run out tomorrow and give it a proper test. Andy

Many thanks Harry for all your hard work, it's much appreciated.
I'm downloading now, you mention not to use the GJ skin, which one are you using as a matter of interest? Jim |

If anyone finds a fix, do let me know, because I've been struggling to fix GJ for a week.

The best skins for Primo 2.0 are either Tomsoft or Dimka. They should be there as standard with Primo 2.0. The car a Rover 75 is not available with this version and can not be transferred from previous versions of Igo or Primo.

Sorry over looked it - it is the Dimka skin, which seems better than the GJ one. I think I read the GJ ones is no longer being developed.
