Default Exhaust Back Box

Hi all,
praise to the ZT Since owning this car I have never had to spend any money on it other that servicing, so i'm well pleased.

I now have a blowing back box, so never having fitted a new exhaust on the ZT, I'm in new territory so need some pointers please.

I'll start looking around for a replacemnt tomorrow so . . .

1. Will a 75 2.5 Conn fit?
2. Will a 280 near side fit?

Eh, can't thiunk of anything else.

Any advice appreciated.

Dont think so IIRC the 160 is 57mm and the 190 is 60mm. So, it will fit with a packing ring

Would have to agree with Dave go get yourself a custom stainless exhaust mate same as mine....

I went for Longlife exhausts cost me for a full cat back stainless steel system with an oval tailpipe £350.

But they will do just backboxes for less...

Hope you can make it to the Loch Lomond meet and if you do go for custom we can compare the sound.....ha ha

decat is where they remove the cat and put it on a flange so you can put it back on for the mot.they say you get more bhp and mpg, sports cats are also available.cat back is leaving the cat in place
