but dont boot it cold as it does take time for the oil to work at its optimum temperature + reach the top of the engine!!!!

My 190 only gets short runs most days, let it warm up before hitting the loud pedal. The trip computer is 19.7. Perks of hearing the engine note

when I got my zt a couple of weeks back my wife was driving it she was recording 10 mpg in her estimates!!!!
She must have gold boots!!!:lol:

Crikey 10mpg !!! that takes some doing, I bet the V8 boys struggle to get that low.

we did come from a skoda octavia 2.0 35-40mpg
but she did panic me so I checked vis motors, changed oil and filters, tyre pressures and did an obd investigation. We have done 300 miles on a tank of tesco juice. mixed driving - good or bad??
