Leaving a dehumidifier in there humming away overnight worked for me, after the sunroof drains were fixed of course. Been bone-dry ever since, no damp smells etc. Thankfully I think I caught it early enough at the time that it wasn't completely sodden, as 24 hours with the dehumidifier was enough.

I think the dehumidifier will be the way to go for me, as I've got one of those
