Problems with CD Playre in D/D

Hi Sean (Radioguy) or Jeff (Coolcat

Have problem with CD/DVD Player. I put brand new CD in and it won't load, and then comes up with Disc Error. Have tried other discs, same result.
I have also tried Disc Laser cleaner, but still same message, Disc Error.

Can you give help or advjce.

Hi Alf,

I take it the disc goes in but just won't play?
Might be worth trying a hard reset.
Disconnect the power from it and leave for a few hours, easiest way is to disconnect the car battery.
If that doesn't work then it is likely that it will need to come back to the shop for repair.

Not yet Jeff. Still have to try hard reset, but have been overtaken with sat nav software problem. I'm trying to change back to my old sat nav software, but I'm stuck. When I try to reload old programme I cant scroll through file options. In setup I press File Folder, but then get no options to scroll to, other than "" .

Help please, pretty please
