2002 (02) ZT 190+ Trophy Blue for sale. ****SOLD****
I have for sale my 2002 ZT 190+.
I have owned the car for 12 years and it has covered just over 101k miles, with full service history and lots of paperwork and last service in May 2017 at a MG specialist. Cam belts were renewed at 85k. It has just had new clutch, master cylinder, slave cylinder and DM flywheel (c£900 bill) - I did consider getting rid of it but got the work done and considered keeping the car, but then I saw a lovely 190SE and so now offer it for sale, I would like it to go to someone who will still appreciate it and give it the TLC in deserves rather than break it for spares. I do need to say the car was a Cat C write off in Dec 2012 as a result of a lorry taking out the front bumper and driver's wing. This was all repaired professionally with paperwork and has VIC. About the car... The car is fitted with grey Alcantara interior, this is in good condition, slight bobbling on the driver's seat but importantly no wear or rips on the bolsters. Factory Xenons and washers are fitted - the lenses probably could do with a polish. No rust and the bodywork is good, other than a couple of marks on the rear bumper and front passenger door where there are a couple of very shallow marks where someone has bashed a door against it in a car park Paintwork is also good, only needing a bit of attention where I removed the front mud flaps. Mechanically, drives well. Slight rattle from the inlet manifold and I think the radiator fan has lost the low speed as it cycles when the A/C runs. No overheating and the A/C functions OK - just one of the things I haven't got round to sorting. Front tyres are nearly new Continentals, rears are Continental and Hankook but these would likely need replacement for next MOT (March 2018). Stainless steel handbrake compensator is fitted but handbrake creeps a bit on hills so think probably needs the shoes changing - I have a set to go on. Discs were all changed a couple of years back and have plenty of life left. Both keys are present, although need replacement fobs. I am looking for around £800 ono for a nice, usable car or project for someone. Any questions please PM and I will post photos shortly when it's day time. The car is located in Kent. A few photos of the car
Rear bumper has a couple of knocks and a couple of areas where the paint is flaking, looks like it has previously been resprayed prior to my ownership Alcantara interior is in good condition with no rips or tears on the bolster - just noticed a tiny tear on the side but easily fixed. unfortunately removal of the mud flaps has shown slight damage to paintwork, but should be easy to sort - slight damage to the leading edge of the sill caused by a high curb, this would be hidden by mudflaps though. |
