New Owner
Hello all - new owner looking forward to gaining dome useful knowledge
Couple of things - how do I remove the passenger cup holder for examination? - it doesn't latch properly and when it does, doesn't come back out smoothly until pressing it a few times. Secondly I have a Harmony stereo - can I replace this with an aftermarket stereo plug and play? Many thanks |

It is best to ask your questions in the appropriate forums. Multiple questions in one post tend to muddy the waters
Your first question should be posted here Your second question should be posted here As for your first question I would spray some silicone lubricant onto the mechanism and work it a few times. (I would refrain from the global answer of WD40 as this tends to gather dust and get jammed). As for removal, there is a thread or two on here to answer that, but I must get to bed sometime Enjoy the Club

Thanks - I thought I maybe in the wrong place for both - sorry!
The stereo question isn't urgent, one thing at a time - but the cup holder won't latch in and stays out at the moment, so thats first on the agenda. I am sure I will have a list of things soon :-) I'll try silicone, but I think something is broken, as it doesn't really attempt to latch, hence the removal question if someone knows. Thanks |

This will help you remove the cupholder.
http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...holder+removal The Harmony radio can be replaced with quite a few different headunits, it depends on your budget. Read about the double-din units that many members have fitted. Just do a search. A less expensive option is the Symphony radio, looks good and is standard fit in the 75 Connoisseur SE. Dave T |

Awesome! Thanks Duotone, perfect answer.
I will go and read the ICE section about my options, and hopefully can restore my cup holder to working order! |
