I have these Gazania flowers growing at home. They are near perfect in their composition.

It was a bit overcast so images lack a bit of pop.

Today I went to take a few pics of a dog rose in a hedgerow outside. It turned into a mini safari

I take a pic of a nice dog rose.

I see a Dog Rose with an insect and another small flower in front. This may make an interesting shot I think to myself.
Hold on, what is that behind the insect. It is white - maybe a husk of something I think.
