Non-Memory to memory seats.

How easy/difficult would it be to upgrade non-memory seats to memory seats? There are various places online where I can buy the switch panel and the non-memory electric seats, but I haven't found anywhere that sells the electic memory seats in the trim I want (black double piped).

by far your best bet is to get a tatty pair of mem seats from a breakers etc and swap your seat cushions and swabs over...

takes about an hour a seat and is not difficult
