Default 2002 75CDT auto - ...NOW SOLD......

..as previously posted I now offer my 02 CDT auto for sale to forum members first.

This car was bought by me in Feb 2006 and had approx 120k on the clock, as you see in the photo's it's now done nearly 186k. I am only the 2nd owner and it has a full service history. The last service was at 179k in April so won't need another for some time. The auto transmission oil has been changed twice since I've owned it by Chelmer Rover (a Rover specialist) the last change being at 166k approx 19 months ago, the transmission is smooth and runs well.

The service history is as follows;
07.02 - 15,294 miles
12.02 - 33,319
04.03 - 45,984
12.03 - 63,710
06.04 - 82,147
02.05 - 96,328
10.05 - 115,957
07.06 - 127,477
07.07 - 138,528
08.08 - 153,541
05.09 - 161,447 (full C spec by Lates, brake fluid, coolant etc)
04.10 - 169,819
04.11 - 179,486

As you can see the car has been well maintained and looked after.
In addition to the service history I've also;
Fitted a towbar
replaced the 4 shocks.
replaced the fuel pumps (under seat and engine)
had all the front end mods carried out by Jules (viton turbo seals fitted, bonnet cable re-route, wiring re-route, washer bottle filter cleaned, new kenwood fan etc...)

The tyres are all fine with 3 replaced only 16 months ago.

It's fitted with a 6 cd multichanger located in glove box, the ICE all works fine and has superb sound.

I travel to S France for my holidays in summer (round trip of 2k miles, fully loaded with holiday gear) and this car regulary returns between 40/45mpg travelling at 80mph, not bad for a 2.0l BMW lump??

It also has a fully functional hands free car kit for the "old" style Nokia handset. When travelling abroad I use one of these with a foriegn sim card for cheaper calls. All works fine with radio muting while ringing etc..

The bad points?
It has scratch/gouges on rear offside plastic bumper (pictured) I reversed into a bollard 4 weeks after buying the car!!
It has a dashboard rattle (can be fixed by removal of glove box and re-routing wiring apparently)
Rear screen heater appears to have ceased working across whole screen earlier this year (can be fixed by using metal paint??)

It is taxed until end of Jan
It is MOT'd to Feb 15th '12 (advisory issued nearside rear brake pipe slight corrosion, not urgent)

It has a personalised plate.
The ONLY reason it's for sale is I've just bought a fine 2004 75 Connie auto SE for a good price and I can't afford two of them!!

All in all this is a fine car with many years of service left.
It's economical, comfortable, reliable, cheap to run and it's a Rover,
Yours for £675 or very near offer.............
