I can't know why I'm not able to find out that optional radio button that I'd activated first.
For sure I didn't need to have access to the factory settings where the CANBUS recognition is located. But here are three pics showing the menu as I've used it. First go to Car parameters (Parametres de voiture), then to the third item (Cadre de conduite) then Command settings (Reglages de la commande - copiez les boutons du volant). Sorry for the semi French interface...

The set up I bought has an included Canbus decoder which means the stereo can read the vehicle Canbus signals without hard wiring. For example I only have power, earth, ignition feed, illumination feed and speakers connected to the car wiring loom, but the stereo knows when i select reverse and displays which doors are open amongst other options, also I can call up on the screen engine revs, coolant temperature and vehicle speed. The Canbus decoder should also read the SWC, but doesn’t at the moment. I have accessed the manual SWC set up menu, but as I have no physical wiring it doesn’t work.

Bit late to the party I think but I'll give it a try nonetheless.
If you are having problems with SWC you might want to check how you wired it up. I had the two wires connected to KEY1 (white) and ground on the loom. You would only need to use one KEY wire of the loom of the Erisin. The other wire is spliced to ground. If KEY1 doesn't work you need to use KEY2. I have added a photo of my loom for reference: The SWC wiring is combined in the red plug
