What do think of this car on eBay
Hi to all.
I've just spotted a nice car on eBay. ( item number 262993481791) I've often seen this car around and its in really good condition but the owner has now hit a few problems. Its an 05 1.8T tourer with a broken key and suspect hgf . His description of it seems very honest from what I can see. Johnny

Thats a small world Brian. I didn't realise he was a member here. I don't actually know the guy to talk to. The ex brother-in-law sent me the link to the car on eBay, as its just round the corner from where he lives. It did have a personal reg on it not to long back and I always used to admire how well looked after it looked.

there are no bids on it at the moment so why not try an offer. if you have the skills
to repair the engine and parts are easy and cheap to source then my only reservation is it's a 1.8. There is a thread on this forum cant recall exact title but my be worth a read, something like "1.8 unfair criticism", this may be of help deciding. macafee2 |
