Default Contemporary SE CDTi for sale Reduced to £1,850 **SOLD**

2004 Rover 75 Contemporary SE CDTI. 131 BHP with additional SE pack. One owner + demo with just over 92,000 miles on clock. Finished in Starlight Silver with black leather interior. Specification includes anti lock brakes, 6 CD autochanger, cruise control, heated sports front seats with electric adjustment & drivers memory, 5 speed manual gearbox, split rear seats, electric sunroof, xenon headlights, onboard computer, rain sensitive wipers, 17” starspoke alloys, spacesaver spare. Full comprehensive service history, very good condition with excellent bodywork and everything on car works. Over 40MPG regularly achieved without really trying.

Extras include drivers cupholder, “crofts” door finishers, mudflaps, chrome exhaust tailpipes, bootlid mounted warning triangle, rear window manual blind, headlight protectors, front coil spring protectors, revised handbrake compensator.

Must be seen to be appreciated,


Also available are my collection of spares. These will be firstly offered to anyone who buys the car. If they do not want them, they will be offered as a package to anyone else, but buyer must collect.

17” starspoke refurbished alloy (unused) with a Michelin Primacy HP 8mm of tread
Set of front and rear Rover brake pads (still boxed)
Set of front and rear low brake pad warning cables (still boxed)
Genuine Rover roof rack for Rover 75, used a couple of times (not on this car)
Black leather touch up paint

Spare front indicator lens

I take it from the 40 mpg figure that this is a diesel?

It's says so in your details, just checking it is the same car. lol

Thank you Trevor and DMGRS for your comments, I to would like to think I would have no trouble selling it at that price but so far............absolutely nothing. Its on autotrader and was on Gumtree & whilst its had loads of views......
Body work is immaculate, I am surprised there is any paint still on it the number of times I have polished it since I have owned it. I read in another post that the price of these lovely cars had dropped through the floor but!!
I hadn't given the reason for the sale as they always look suspicious, but I broke my leg & ankle earlier this year and the car wasn't used for 4 months and now that I am up and about, I think I really need an automatic now.

I think it may be the time of year and just the market - I'm having trouble selling a car too.
In a good market, this would have been gone ages ago.
