Default Bailey Senator Arizona, power but no lights?

I have a 2004 Bailey Senator Arizona, my interior lights aren't working. Everything else has been checked like fuses and bulbs - the fridge works as does the sockets and water pumps etc but not one light will illuminate. The power display looks like this

Is there something I'm missing or does it sound like a fault?

I am not an expert but maybe lights work off battery, have you tried r/h switch in the down position. Or check battery.

I know nowt about your system so these are wild guesses.
The switch on the left, is it in the correct position?

when you say sockets, do you mean the 3 pin mains 240v sockets.
this shows power gets to the caravan if they are working. your fridge, is that working from the 240v or is it working from 12v?

with the electric hook up connected and turned on what voltage do you get across the battery?

with the electric hook up disconnected what voltage do you get across the battery?

lights are 12v from onboard battery so you need to turn on 12v main switch and then lights switch. From what I can see all the other items you mention are mains powered.

Sockets work as does the fridge all through 240v hook up. I've tried switches in all positions. Charging registers 13.8 on the display. I can't find any reason for lights not to work.

Switch your fridge to 12v and see if it still works,if not and also all your 12v lights do not work,it could be the inverter.

Lights don't work no matter how the switches are positioned, will check the fridge.

From memory - with our Wyoming - you needed the 12 V system turned on for the lights to work. Your board shows the 12 V system is turned off as the switch is in position O and the meter is reading zero.

Turn the switch to "on" and the meter should read 12 V - when connected to mains it should read about 14 V. I think when the 12 V system is on - the lights should work.

I also believe there was a switch that turned all the lights off by the door. So rather than going round turning off each light individually when you went out - you could simply use this switch to turn out the lot.

When you came back - one switch turned all your lights back on again.

You may want to check this switch - if you have one - is in the correct position.

Hope this helps.

I don't have a vault meter to measure battery power, however it has been topped up and charged and the battery indicator on top shows green.
