That tree again...

This morning, I found out that this picture that I took just a couple of months back was voted 2016 Photo of the Year on one of the local Scottish Camera Clubs that I am a member of. I certainly wasn't expecting this as I entered the competition at the last minute, just last week. It's no award winning shot. It is nice to know however, that there is people out there that do appreciate you. It certainly has brought a smile to my face.

I try and give it my best each time that I am out taking a picture. Sometimes, it is very challenging but it is part of the fun and experience. Always finding ways to better myself.

My goals for 2017 is to really focus on building a portfolio of very good shots, aiming for at least one picture a month that I can use and I also wish to get 12 pictures together to do a landscape calendar for 2018. #feelingpositive #bringon2017

What a lovely image Ravinder - naked beauty, tranquillity, and peacefulness. If you had it in a landscape calendar I'd be happy to look at this picture every day.
