It's in good nick body/chassis/running gear and engine wise, paint needs some attention though (mainly stones chips and lacquer peel, more so to the front bumper/bonnet and rear bumper/boot lid and spoiler etc)

I may not get around to this though as if I manage to sort myself with an E61 M5 touring, I'll sell the ZT and look to buy a E63 645i or maybe an X5 4.6 V8, if I can find one in the right colour/spec and condition etc)

I have to admit, the ZT is very much a means to an end and was bought as my 530i was written off, I needed a 2nd car ASAP and this came in at the right money!

Don't get me wrong though, it'll be looked after well, as I do with all my cars!

No; haven't bought one yet! That's what I'm saying...

I've my E60 M5 in dry storage currently; will look to sell that for the right E61 M5 touring; but seeing as they're a bit like hens teeth (decent spec, decent mileage and full SH) it could be a ling drawn out affair!

However; I am currently considering the Merc C63 AMG touring as well; just fearful they may be too small inside! But may look at E6 estates as well; as long as they're at the right price!

Not sure if I could cope without the raucous V10 though!

And then again; there is a serious consideration for the ESS charger kit for my M5...!

Aye; can understand that (not the dog, the fishing part)

Our 2nd home is Anglesey; my folks have property there. Trying to get my 15ft surf-caster (3 prices mind you) or some of my other larger rods in the M5 can be fun. They're ok down the middle, but they do get in the way if the cars loaded, or if there are rear passengers!

However; being able to do that, and then rag it around the Anglesey Circuit for a few laps on a hot, sunny day mid-week is always great fun

Swapped over the rear bumper middle strip as mine was all chipped and peeling; manage to find a full set local to me

Took me 20mins to get bumper off and swap them over and bumper back on... Thank god as the winds really picked up here!

Also had my stainless exhaust back-box fitted yesterday...

It's a bit loud currently, but will bed in over the next week or so, sounds fine when cruising at a steady speed, only a bit loud under load, more so going up hills and pulling through the gear etc

Tail pipes stick out a bit too much I feel; may get my pal to take them back an inch yet
