No... all I see there is quote, multi-quote & quick reply.

Do you have to have been a member for a certain period or made a certain number of posts before you're allowed to say thank-you?

After you have made your 10th post you will get a little thanks symbol at the bottom right near the quote button of someones post, you click on that and job done
