Smile Webasto remote not working

Hello folks I have a factory fit fbh and remote 2005 ZTT Diesel had it from new ,the remote isn't working ,checked all the fuses cabin and under bonett, negative lead off then back on and push remote off button within 2 secs to resynchronize. No joy?
Just a thought in the past I have had a new front screen fitted and auto gearbox work done,
Where is the receiver antenna could that have been dislodged?
Everything else works fine including the manual timer heater.

Thanks Paul

I Doubt the antenna as been dislodge during the work above as it is plugged into the back of the T80/T90 through the bulk head and there is a connecting joint inside the passenger wheel arch which runs along side the main loom, that is unless the bumper as been off some time and it as not been plugged back in again.

Are the batteries ok in the fob ? maybe worth checking, press the fob good batteries the indicator light illuminates Red after 1 second for 0.5 seconds, flashes after 1 second for 3 seconds if batteries are low and 5 seconds means replace batteries, if the FBH is working from the clock then it can only be that the fob and FBH are not in sync try removing the fuse 8 from fuse box and re-set the FBH, then try the sync.

Photo shows the round connector for the antenna which in turn runs along the front of the bumper.
